WILLIAM J. SCRIBNER YOUNG BRONX ARTIST COMPETITION
WIN $500 and perform with Bronx Arts Ensemble

For decades the Bronx Arts Ensemble has held the Young Bronx Artist Competition, giving young musicians of the Bronx the opportunity to win $500 and the chance to perform with the Bronx Arts Ensemble the following year. All young musicians who live in the Bronx are encouraged to apply by downloading an application here, and anyone else who would like to form the audience for our young artists on the morning of April 25 is most welcome. 

Saturday, April 25th at 9 am

This event is free and open to the public!

• Open to all qualified music students ages 14 to 20
• Applicant MUST be resident in the Bronx
• An accompanist is desirable for singers and instrumentalists
• Audition length – 10 to 15 minutes
• Applicant will be given a specific audition time
• Appropriate concert dress is requested
